The University of the Western Cape (UWC) student, who was caught on video allegedly stabbing his wife at a private student residence in Belhar, Cape Town, has abandoned his bail bid.
The man provisionally abandoned his bail application on Monday morning when he appeared in the Bellville Magistrate’s Court.
He faces charges of attempted murder.
