TVS Jupiter 125 CNG: All you need to know
At the heart of the Jupiter 125 CNG is a 124.8cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 7.2 hp and 9.4 Nm of torque, paired with a CVT automatic transmission. The scooter can achieve a top speed of 80.5 kmph. One of the key highlights is its fuel efficiency, with TVS claiming an impressive 84 km per kg of CNG, and a combined range of 226 km when using both petrol and CNG.
The Jupiter 125 CNG houses a 1.4 kg CNG tank, which is placed under the seat, while a 2-litre petrol tank is placed in the floorboard. The petrol filler cap is positioned on the front apron, while the CNG nozzle is located under the seat. The scooter also features a convenient button on the switchgear, allowing riders to switch easily between CNG and petrol modes.
In terms of design, the Jupiter 125 CNG looks the same as its petrol counterpart, albeit with CNG badgings and mentioned changes to allow a CNG tank.
It comes with an LED headlight, a semi-digital instrument console, a USB mobile charging port in the front, an all-in-one lock, and a side stand indicator.
