Nigerian singer, Speed Darlington claims Burna Boy’s Grammy win is credited to Diddy’s influence, amid recent controversy surrounding the American rapper.

Gistreel reported that Diddy was recently arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), amid allegations of human trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.

In a recent Instagram video, Speed Darlington credited Diddy for Burna Boy’s swift rise to fame and Grammy win, highlighting Diddy’s pivotal role in his music career.

Speed Darlington openly challenged Burna Boy to reveal details regarding his involvement with Diddy, which propelled his accomplishments.

He said, “It wasn’t long after Burna Boy posted a photo of him and Diddy that he won a Grammy Award. Burna Boy, don’t be offended, but how many oils did Diddy use on you before they gave you the Grammy Award?”.

It’s worth noting that Burna Boy made history with his album, Twice as Tall, securing his first Grammy Award for Best Global Music Album in 2021.
