Nicole Fritz hangs up her civil society gloves to don the political ones in 2024. She invited Muhammad Hussain to coffee under the holiday watch of Table Mountain as they talk about her new political role, her daughter’s class mother ambitions for her, and having Amal Clooney as a classmate.

After almost 20 years in civil society, Nicole Fritz has decided to enter politics.

It’s a homecoming of sorts, something her 19-year-old self would surely have cheered.
