This addition is available through the brand’s ‘Make it Yours‘ (MiY) platform, offering potential buyers the option to equip their bike with these upgraded wheels. Priced at Rs 11,000, the new tubeless rims bring added convenience and reliability to the adventure-focused motorcycle.

For existing Himalayan 450 owners, the tubeless spoke wheels will be available for purchase at dealerships starting October 3.However, the price for current owners is set slightly higher at Rs 12,424. These rims, available in Royal Enfield’s Genuine Motorcycle Accessories (GMA) catalog, are expected to significantly enhance the bike’s usability, especially for long-distance and off-road riders.

The key advantage of tubeless tyres is their ease of repair in case of punctures. Unlike traditional tube-type tyres, which require removing the tyre from the rim for patching, tubeless tyres can be fixed on the spot using a regular puncture repair kit. This feature is particularly valuable for adventure tourers, where unpredictable terrain often leads to punctures.
