Paul Jordaan and Pauline Roux started Paulus Wine Co. in 2018. They currently produce two site-specific Chenin Blancs: Bosberaad from Kweperfontein and Jakkalsfontein on the Paardeberg and Bartás from Sinai Hill on the Helderberg.
