The Brian Wainstein murder trial was postponed to next Monday because co-accused Andre Nel is still unwell. In the meantime, Nafiz Modack’s murder trial was postponed to Wednesday for the cross-examination of a witness who admits pretending to bribe former head of detectives Jeremy Vearey for Modack, but pocketing the money instead.
