A Nigerian landlady has expressed her frustration over a tenant who has refused to pay rent since 2013 and has also refused to vacate her property, even dragging her to court.
The situation was revealed in a video she shared on TikTok, where she detailed her ordeal. In the clip, she showed the tenant’s face, explaining that he had lived in her house for many years without paying rent.
She further warned other landlords and property owners to be cautious of the man as he is finally set to leave her property.
In her statement, she said: “My beloved people, here is the tenant who lived in our house from 2013 to 2024. He refused to pay house rent, refused to move out, and instead took us to court.”
