The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria ruled that the State could lead the evidence of forensic psychologist Dr Gerard Labuschagne in the Bishop Stephen Zondo rape trial.

Labuschagne is expected to testify about the late reporting of rape incidents by complainants.

Zondo, a Rivers of Living Waters Ministries bishop, is on trial for allegedly raping seven women between 1980 and 2016, most of whom were members of his church.
