Roma’s Tammy Abraham has been linked with a host of clubs in receent weeks and the Giallorossi could now be open to letting him leave.
Il Messaggero have stated that Abraham’s recent words about his future being in God’s hands suggests that his future at Roma is uncertain. Roma sporting director Tiago Pinto has put up a €45 million price tag on the Englishman and while he hasn’t been amongst the goals too often this season, the reason for the price tag is what Roma initially spent to sign him from Chelsea.
The price tag would have been more, if Abraham had scored more goals this season. But the price is now fixed and potential suitors will have to meet that.
Chelsea do have a buyback clause of €80 million in Abraham’s current contract but they are not going to exploit it. Aston Villa and Manchester United have both been linked with the Englishman.
