Khalid’s post advocated for open and honest conversations with partners about financial capacity, stating, “Why can’t we just sit down and have an honest conversation with ladies? Like, ‘Babe, here’s where I stand financially, I have this investment, this salary or this capital. I’m capable of doing this & that for you, but there are also things I can’t afford right now. Can we build?’”
