AC Milan picked their first Champions League victory of the season, defeating 10-man Club Brugge 3-1 at the San Siro on Tuesday evening.

The match was highlighted by a brace from Tijjani Reijnders, assisted by impactful substitutes Noah Okafor and Samuel Chukwueze.

The Rossoneri, desperate for their first European points after losses to Liverpool and Bayer Leverkusen, faced early pressure from Brugge, with Mike Maignan pulling off key saves to keep Milan level.

However, Christian Pulisic broke the deadlock with an in-swinging corner that surprised Brugge’s keeper Simon Mignolet.

Club Brugge’s Raphael Onyedika was sent off following a VAR review, but the Belgian side equalized through Kyriani Sabbe in the second half.

Milan responded just minutes after introducing Okafor and Chukwueze, with both substitutes assisting Reijnders for his two goals, sealing the 3-1 victory.

Young Milan forward Francesco Camarda made his Champions League debut at 16, briefly scoring a historic goal before VAR ruled it offside.
