Hansi Flick has praised Barcelona’s teenage sensation Lamine Yamal, stating that the young talent has the potential to become the best player in the world.
When asked if Yamal, at his age, could already be considered the best, Flick responded: “Quality has nothing to do with age.
“At his age, he is doing incredible things. He could become the best for sure,” he remarked.
Yamal has been a standout performer for Barcelona this season, recording four goals and five assists across all competitions.
Despite his heavy workload, Flick dismissed concerns about fatigue, saying, “Lamine doesn’t look like he needs a rest.”
Recall Football legend Cristiano Ronaldo has also weighed in on Yamal’s talent, tipping the 17-year-old to be one of the best of his generation.
“I see a lot of talent in Lamine Yamal. I hope he doesn’t face problems in the future, and I think he will be one of the best,” the Al Nassr star said in a recent interview.
