Charl Kinnear murder trial: Modack’s newly acquired lawyer withdraws due to conflict of interest

Nafiz Modack finally found a new lawyer to represent him in the Charl Kinnear murder trial. 

To the fleeting relief of Judge Robert Henney, new attorney Luzuko Guma appeared in the Western Cape High Court on Monday and said Modack appointed him a few days ago.  

But he had to withdraw due to a conflict of interest that would emerge later in the trial.
